Association Rules

The association is run as a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee. The two key legal documents which control how the association runs are the Memorandum and Articles of Association.

In addition, the council maintains a set of association rules which control the day-to-day running of the association. The following is a list of key rules currently in force:

Standards for Practice
Membership rules
Training and qualification standard
Continuing Professional Development standard

Note: If any of the rules above are not available in full this is because they have yet to be approved by Council.
