Foot being trimmedLaunched in April 2006, the Equine Podiatry Association (UK) exists as a self-regulating professional body for Equine Podiatrists practicing in the UK.

The Association's aim is to regulate and support Equine Podiatrists working in the UK, promoting responsible shoeless hoofcare and providing information to anybody wishing to find out more about Equine Podiatry.

The Diploma course in Equine Podiatry has now been announced. This two year, part time course will be run independently from the EPA but will provide training in Equine Podiatry to a standard suitable for full EPA membership. For information on the course, please see here.
