Complaints

Members are expected to abide by all rules of the association - but especially the Code of Conduct and Standards for Practice as published by the Association.

Any breach of the Code of Conduct, Standards for Practice or other Association rules will be considered a disciplinary matter. Where the association is notified of such a breach, the matter will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken.

The Association has a Complaints Procedure aimed at dealing with complaints levelled against its members. A copy of this is available on request from the Association Secretary.
